My Reflection during OJT

My reflection about my previous immersion in Green Solution Agricultural Farming Training Center was truly a valuable and enriching experience. I gained a deeper understanding of Poultry Production practices and learned about the importance of using organic methods to protect the birds. 

My strand is poultry production but we don't focus on our strand because we studied a lot like making organic feeds, making concoction, making organic fertilizer, feeding chicken and pigs, and gardening, everything we study is purely organic.

One of the highlights of my immersion was working alongside experienced trainers who shared their knowledge and expertise with me. I was able to participate in various hands-on activities, such as    feeding chicken/ pigs, making concoction, making organic fertilizer, harvesting honey, mulching, planting seeds, caring for seedlings. These practical experiences helped me develop important skills and confidence in my abilities as an aspiring farmer.

I also had the opportunity to learn about the importance of chicken health and also soil health and how it contributes to the overall success of a farm. 

I am grateful for the chance to immerse myself in this training program, and I am grateful for the chance to immerse myself in this training program, and I am confident that the skills and knowledge I have acquired will serve me well in my future endeavors in farming. I am thankful for the support and guidance of the staff and trainers at Green Solution Agricultural Farming Training Center, and I look forward to applying what I have learned to make a positive impact in the world of agriculture.
