My Reflection during OJT

My reflection about my previous immersion in Green Solution Agricultural Farming Training Center was truly a valuable and enriching experience. I gained a deeper understanding of Poultry Production practices and learned about the importance of using organic methods to protect the birds.  My strand is poultry production but we don't focus on our strand because we studied a lot like making organic feeds, making concoction, making organic fertilizer, feeding chicken and pigs, and gardening, everything we study is purely organic. One of the highlights of my immersion was working alongside experienced trainers who shared their knowledge and expertise with me. I was able to participate in various hands-on activities, such as    feeding chicken/ pigs, making concoction, making organic fertilizer, harvesting honey, mulching, planting seeds, caring for seedlings. The effect of flood

February 16, 2021 there was a heavy rain in Brgy. sanghay Mati city davao oriental, due to heavy rain it caused damage to the ditch and road. due to the strength of the current in the water, it overflowed the road and here some residents in our barangay were affected because they could not pass the road due to the excessive strength of the water and the presence of large stones. There is a resident in barangay sanghay who was greatly affected by the heavy rain because the strong water passed through their house and caused damage to some parts of their house. The flooding affects our economy, especially the farmers because there is a possibility of landslides in their planted products. The flood caused a landslide especially on the roads and there it was difficult for those who sought life because they had difficulty passing

ASSIGNMENT

1. Give an instance where it would be better to use broadcast media than print media? ANSWER: There are few instances when the information that we want to spread to the public would be better if we use broadcast media instead of print media. Several examples of them are: Live reports about certain disasters or accidents. 2. How do media affect you in your daily life? ANSWER: The media greatly influences society. They inform people about what is happening. It permeates people's lives by creating their own criteria and opinions. In this way the media moves the masses, creating different social movements. 3.Explain how a person could be portrayed in public in the age of media convergence?  ANSWER: Media Convergence simply refers to the merging of different types of mass media such as Traditional Media, Print Media, Broadcast Media, New Media and the Internet as well as portable and highly interactive technologies through digital media platforms.

MEDIA AND INFORMATION LITERACY

Media and information literacy is an interrelated set of competencies that help people to maximize advantages and minimize harm in the new information, digital and communication landscapes. Media and information literacy covers competencies that enable people to critically and effectively engage with information, other forms of content, the institutions that facilitate information and diverse types of content, and the discerning use of digital technologies. Capacities in these areas are indispensable for all citizens regardless of their ages or backgrounds. Response to disinformation and misinformation requires a combination of critical information, media, and digital competencies, i.e., media and information literacy (MIL). UNESCO and partners have launched the new resource  Media and Information Literate Citizens: Think critically, Click Wisely (Second Edition of the UNESCO Model Media and Information Literacy Curriculum for Educators and Learners).

      I am Janessa Ando Leonor, I'm twenty three years old. I live in Sanghay, City of Mati Davao Oriental. I am grade 11 student at Sanghay National High School. My hobbies are I want to go to beach, watching movies, hangout, and traveling.      I am single, and I'm working while study ang because of the hardship in life, and there are many people living in our home, and they are no works . So, I need to help my parents work and I can help them to support our daily needs.     After my class and every weekend, I will go to     public market to sell vegetables. Sometimes, I feel so tired, but I need to do it so I can help my   parents to earn a living.      I want to finish my studies to achieve my dreas and goals because I want to have a successful life and I will help my  parents to im prove our economics status.
